Anticipated adjustments are on the horizon for Apple's operating system as macOS 27 is set to be revealed during the WWDC conference on June 8. According to reports from Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, these changes will focus on enhancing user experience, particularly addressing legibility issues found in the current macOS Tahoe.
The forthcoming update will not radically transform the existing design but will introduce a slight redesign that retains the Liquid Glass aesthetic. Key areas for improvement include the Control Center and Finder, alongside applications featuring sidebars and complex lists that have been criticized for their readability.
In addition to visual enhancements, users can expect bug fixes, performance upgrades, and increased battery efficiency. The introduction of MacBooks equipped with OLED displays is also expected to complement the Liquid Glass design, further refining the overall interface. Furthermore, improvements to Apple's Siri are anticipated, with additional AI functionalities being integrated.
