Version 5.02 of the redesigned app from Google Health is now being rolled out, enhancing functionality on both Android and iOS. The update provides users with an expanded view option, allowing access to up to 12 stats directly from the Today tab by tapping the pencil icon.
On the iOS platform, the update is fully available, while the Android version continues its rollout. Significant changes include improved reordering of metrics and better visualization of restlessness data alongside sleep stages. Users can now also find recorded naps more easily, with dedicated tabs in their daily Sleep Score view.
The update addresses several bugs, including issues with hydration logging and the accuracy of exercise summaries. Additional enhancements are expected in the upcoming release version 5.03, which will bring further improvements to the iOS app, including the reordering feature in the Key Metrics section.
