In 2025, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, received total compensation amounting to $74.3 million, a slight decrease from $74.6 million in the previous year. His earnings comprised a $3 million base salary, consistent since 2016, alongside $57.5 million in stock awards and $12 million in performance-based cash incentives, in addition to $1.76 million in other benefits, including security and travel expenses.
Apple has maintained a target compensation of $59 million for Cook, matching the target set in 2024. However, he surpassed this benchmark due to strong company performance. Other prominent executives at Apple, such as outgoing general counsel Kate Adams, COO Sabih Khan, and retail and people chief Deirdre O'Brien, received around $27 million each in total compensation for the year.
Additionally, Apple underwent a change in its financial leadership, with former CFO Luca Maestri earning $15.5 million and the new CFO Kevan Parekh receiving $22.5 million in 2025.
