Grad highlighted that living in Prague allows him to concentrate better on his professional responsibilities compared to his previous experiences in New York and San Francisco.
He noted that the fast-paced lifestyle in larger cities often led to a constant need for socializing and networking, which he found detrimental to his focus. In smaller cities like Prague, he believes the reduced number of distractions significantly enhances productivity.
