As of January 12, 2026, the Taiwanese bubble tea chain Hollin operates only one outlet in Singapore, located at Punggol Plaza. The company has closed nearly all its locations, with its Singapore website made private and social media pages inaccessible, according to checks conducted by Vulcan Post.
Originally launched in Singapore in 2018, Hollin expanded to seven outlets, including locations at Toa Payoh, Suntec City, and Plaza Singapura. However, the original Toa Payoh outlet ceased operations in December 2023, followed by the Plaza Singapura store in April 2025.
Despite the closures, Hollin remains registered as an active business on the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority’s Bizfile portal. Speculation surrounding the abrupt shut down has emerged on Reddit, with some users suggesting fierce competition in the bubble tea market and inconsistent quality across different outlets as potential factors.
