Amit Mathradas will assume the role of CEO at Five9, a California-based software company, starting February 2. Previously leading Nintex, a workflow automation firm in Bellevue, Washington, Mathradas has been at the helm for nearly three years. His extensive background includes positions as chief operating officer at Avalara and general manager at PayPal, along with a 14-year tenure at Dell.
In another leadership change, Zoë Stemm-Calderon will become the executive director of the Raikes Foundation on January 1. Having spent a decade at the foundation, she transitions from her role as senior director focusing on Youth Serving Systems, overseeing annual investments of $20 million in education and youth homelessness initiatives.
Emily Heffter has been appointed senior director of thought leadership and research at Workday, coming from her previous position as vice president of global communications at Qualtrics. Additionally, Lance Ludman has joined SurveyMonkey as CFO, after serving in the same role at Benevity and DreamBox Learning.
