Infiniti has commenced production of its 2027 QX65 luxury SUV at the Smyrna plant in Tennessee, marking a significant step in the brand's U.S. strategy. This model is pivotal for Infiniti, representing its first entirely new offering since 2021 and a shift back to its sporty luxury roots reminiscent of the FX SUV.
The starting price for the QX65 is $53,990, with the upgraded Sport trim priced at $55,690 featuring 20-inch wheels, and the premium Autograph version available for $62,590, which includes luxurious elements like massaging front seats.
Equipped with a 268 horsepower Variable Compression Turbo engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission, the QX65 also boasts all-wheel drive as standard, enhancing its performance appeal. The design prioritizes a sporty fastback silhouette while providing 35.8 cubic feet of cargo space, catering to a demographic of empty-nesters and young professionals looking for an engaging driving experience.
Anticipated to hit U.S. dealerships by early summer 2026, the QX65 is expected to play a crucial role in revitalizing Infiniti’s image and product lineup.
