The design features a unique layout with ample seating and plants, along with a prominent display cube controlled via QR code, allowing users to browse available cars and receive navigation assistance to their chosen vehicle.
Test drives are conducted unsupervised, giving users the freedom to explore without direct sales tactics. Staff provides a recommended route and remains at the dealership until the vehicle is returned, ensuring a streamlined experience. Carvana’s strategy not only aims to attract potential buyers but also to boost inventory through trade-ins, enhancing its overall business model.
