AI Note Taker has been launched as the latest feature from Speechify, enhancing its suite of voice-based productivity tools. This new web tool is designed to transcribe and summarize discussions from Zoom meetings, lectures, and other conversations, allowing users to concentrate on the dialogue without the distraction of note-taking.
In recent months, Speechify has expanded its offerings to create a cohesive voice-first ecosystem. This includes the introduction of a Mac app and a feature called Voice Typing Dictation, which converts spoken words into polished text. Additionally, the Voice Assistant was launched to assist with research and writing tasks on iOS. Raheel Kazi from Speechify emphasized the company's aim for a unified service, stating that users should not require multiple accounts for different Voice AI services.
Initially available on the web, AI Note Taker will soon be introduced on Desktop, iOS, and Android. Once meetings are processed, users can access the generated summaries and transcripts on mobile devices, with the option to have them read aloud.
