VSCO is entering the professional photography sector with the launch of its new app, Studio Pro, which allows users to edit up to 100 photos simultaneously on iOS devices. This mobile app features tools for batch editing, including applying filters and adjustments, which could streamline workflows for photographers on set.
In addition to the mobile version, a desktop variant of Studio Pro is on the way, offering continuity for users transitioning from mobile to desktop. The app includes a unique feature called Style Match, which analyzes images to replicate color and tone across multiple photos.
VSCO aims to further enhance its offerings with the upcoming Studio One bundle, set to launch later this month for $500 annually. This suite will encompass various tools, including Workspace, Sites, and AI features, catering specifically to professional photographers. While Studio Pro is available for free, a subscription is required to access advanced features, similar to the original VSCO app.
