Among the most requested improvements is the ability to forward multiple messages simultaneously. Currently, users can only send one message at a time, which has led to frustration within the community. Suggestions from users include implementing a dedicated Forward button to simplify the process.
Another frequently mentioned enhancement is the introduction of a Trash folder, which would allow users to recover accidentally deleted messages instead of losing them permanently. Although there have been indications that Google may have begun developing this feature, it has yet to be implemented.
