Ramp, a prominent player in fintech, has finalized its acquisition of Juno, a corporate travel startup established in 2024. This deal will allow Juno to retain its brand identity and staff, though financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded by Devon Tivona and Sam Felsenthal, Juno specializes in managing non-employee expenses through its comprehensive platform that assists with booking, logistics, and reimbursements. Both co-founders will continue their leadership as co-CEOs following the acquisition.
Last year, Juno successfully secured $2 million in seed funding, led by Madrona and Bungalow Ventures. Madrona’s Managing Director, Steve Singh, expressed optimism about the acquisition, stating it will empower the co-founders to enhance their vision of integrating guest travel with payments and expenses.
Singh, who has a significant background in travel and expense management, co-founded Concur, which was sold to SAP for $8.3 billion in 2014. His experience positions him as a key figure in the ongoing evolution of corporate travel solutions.
