T.A. McCann has transitioned from his role as managing director at Pioneer Square Labs to become the CEO of Lev, a new startup designed to assist early-stage entrepreneurs. Lev, which evolved from internal tools created at PSL, aims to provide automated support to founders, facilitating ideation, validation, and company formation.
Having invested over $1 million into Lev, PSL is now spinning it off as an independent entity. McCann, who continues to work from PSL's office, is currently the only full-time employee, supported by three contractors, including one serving as chief technology officer.
Lev is currently free to use, with plans to implement a freemium subscription model soon. At its inception, the service was available only through a waitlist, but it has since attracted hundreds of users. The platform employs AI to guide founders through various critical stages of startup development, including competitive analysis and market strategy.
