Syndio has expanded its leadership team with seven new appointments, signaling a commitment to enhancing its pay equity solutions. The Seattle-based startup aims to innovate and accelerate growth, according to CEO Maria Colacurcio, who emphasized the importance of the new hires' experience in transforming enterprise solutions.
The latest additions include Erik Darby, who will serve as president after co-founding Motive Software, and Devin Luquist, the new senior vice president of product, who previously held roles at BetterUp. Other notable hires are Erin McClintock as SVP of marketing, Elizabeth Temples as SVP of revenue, Shonna Waters as SVP of executive engagement, Manuj Bahl as VP of architecture, and Meredith Conroy as VP of account management, each bringing diverse backgrounds from companies like BetterUp and Clari.
In a separate development, Rajeev Rajan has been appointed as the business lead for Stripe's Revenue and Financial Automation division. With a career spanning over two decades at Microsoft, where he advanced to corporate VP for Office 365, Rajan also served as VP of engineering at Meta and CTO at Atlassian before joining Stripe.
