Entrepreneurs can now access a new educational resource designed to assist them in navigating the startup landscape. The platform, known as Trajectory Playbook, was launched by seasoned tech entrepreneur Dave Parker and educator Kathy Cox on Tuesday. This initiative aims to guide founders from the initial concept phase to achieving product-market fit through a structured curriculum.
The program consists of ten modules that integrate lessons from Parker's 2021 publication, “Trajectory: Startup — Ideation to Product/Market Fit,” while incorporating modern AI tools and community networking features. It emphasizes the importance of market validation and customer discovery before addressing critical aspects such as revenue generation and fundraising strategies.
Parker, who has held various leadership roles including CEO and board positions, has a strong background in mentorship through organizations like Techstars. Meanwhile, Cox brings her expertise in business strategy and marketing from her tenure at City University of Seattle and her current position at the University of Washington.
The complete program is available for $1,900, which includes access to action item reviews and discussions with peers and experts. Discounts are offered to members of the Washington Technology Industry Association.
