Ambassador has secured $7 million in funding to enhance its customer feedback software, which is utilized by marketing and revenue teams to streamline customer engagement efforts. The investment will support the launch of HiroAI, a new artificial intelligence feature aimed at analyzing customer data and suggesting actions to boost retention and revenue.
Currently, Ambassador serves over 200 global customers, including major players in telecom, fintech, and B2B software sectors. CEO Geoff McDonald emphasized the company's goal of creating a cohesive AI feedback network, catering to the growing demand for integrated tools as businesses face tighter budgets and reduced staff.
Ambassador, which was acquired from Intrado in 2021, reports a total funding of $11 million to date. Notable investors in this funding round include former Zipwhip executives and Seattle-based financiers. McDonald revealed that the company is leveraging AI to automate internal tasks like lead scoring and customer outreach, reflecting a shift towards operational efficiency.
