Taking over as CEO is Sean Thompson, an experienced leader in enterprise software. Thompson, who previously served as president and CEO of NAVEX, intends to enhance SeekOut Spot, the company's AI-driven recruiting platform launched last year, and will explore potential acquisitions to drive future growth.
Thompson, a Seattle-area resident, emphasized the significant prospects within the realm of agentic AI, stating that the opportunity to transform the candidate search process is a key motivator for his return to a startup environment. Meanwhile, Aravind Bala will continue to play a crucial role as the chief technology officer, collaborating closely with Thompson on the company's future endeavors.
