Players of the traffic management simulation Mini Motorways can participate in selecting the next city map through a voting process that runs until May 15. Developer Dinosaur Polo Club has introduced a website where users can choose from four potential maps: Vienna, Auckland, Singapore, and Lima. The winning city will be integrated into the game later this year at no cost to players on all current platforms, including iOS, PC, Mac, and Nintendo Switch.
Participants are limited to one vote each, although the developer is monitoring social media for community interest. While the company aims to respect the voting results, the final decision regarding the release order of the maps will be at Dinosaur Polo Club's discretion. Previously, a similar contest resulted in a London-themed map for the game.
In addition to this voting initiative, the developer recently released a new co-op game titled Read the F*cking Manual, or RTFM, which centers around tech support tasks. Mini Motorways continues to engage players with its minimalist design and gameplay focused on optimizing traffic flow.
