At a price of $3,164.05, Samsung's new Galaxy Z TriFold has captured significant attention, launching in the U.S. on January 30 after a successful release in other regions. The device was reportedly sold out within minutes overseas, hinting at a high demand that has translated to limited availability in the U.S. market.
Four colleagues and I attempted to purchase the phone early in the morning, and while most were met with notices of sold-out status, I managed to successfully secure one. This limited supply was significant enough that Samsung did not provide review units to tech journalists, a standard practice with new releases.
Having had the device for a few days, I am particularly interested in evaluating the performance of its 5,600-mAh battery. The experience of using the 10-inch internal display for multitasking and the practicality of its 6.5-inch cover display will be closely examined as I share insights on its usability. Stay tuned for updates as I delve deeper into the practicalities of the Galaxy Z TriFold.
