The recently launched Fitbit Air is already available in ten Google Stores across the United States, following the opening of a new location. This gadget features a straightforward design, encapsulated in what is referred to as a “pebble,” a term previously used by the brand for its fitness devices.
Wearers should take note of the LED status light located on the left edge, which serves multiple functions. It indicates the device's status through various light patterns: a pulsing white light signifies charging, while a solid red light indicates a critically low battery. To manage the device, users must follow specific steps to change straps, ensuring proper alignment with the small markings on both the band and tracker.
Additionally, a double tap on the device activates the status light, providing feedback on battery levels. A white light denotes adequate battery, while a red light warns that charging is needed soon. This interaction also silences alarms set via the Google Health app.
