Brothers Jackson and Quincy Fuller have launched a new venture called Stuffers, aimed at creating unique stuffed animals inspired by corporate logos and mascots. Founded in June, the company seeks to enhance the promotional merchandise of startups and established businesses alike. Their parents, Kobie Fuller, a partner at Upfront Ventures, and Shennel Fuller, a children's clothing entrepreneur, support their initiative.
One of their notable creations is a plush figure named Laurel, designed for the AI time-tracking company valued at $510 million. The brothers utilize technology from OpenAI’s voice API and various image generation models to transform sketches into ready-to-manufacture products. Kobie emphasizes that this innovation allows children to express their creativity in ways previously unimaginable.
Ryan Alshak, CEO of Laurel, recognizes the broader implications of Stuffers, viewing it as a tool for teaching business and creativity fundamentals to the next generation. The brothers have already developed other characters, such as a flame mascot for the AI market research firm Heatseeker. Each Friday, they dedicate time to seeking new clients and pitching their imaginative ideas.
