IFS has acquired Softeon, an Indian-based warehouse management software provider, in a strategic move aimed at enhancing its supply chain technology. This acquisition allows IFS to operate under the new brand, IFS Softeon, as it seeks to expand its presence in the increasingly complex supply chain landscape.
The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, but IFS currently manages around $2.4 trillion in critical assets globally. Plans are in place to integrate Softeon’s offerings with the existing IFS Cloud platform, utilizing advanced industrial AI and robotics orchestration.
