Google has introduced its AI Plus plan in the US, offering an accessible option for users seeking enhanced features without the higher cost of its premium plans. Priced at $8 per month, this new offering provides a middle ground between the free tier and the Google AI Pro plan, which costs $20 monthly.
AI Plus grants users access to advanced tools such as Gemini 3 Pro and video generation capabilities with Veo 3.1 Fast, increasing monthly credits from 100 for free users to 200. Furthermore, subscribers receive 200GB of cloud storage, significantly more than the 15GB available in the free tier.
This rollout expands the service to 35 new countries and territories, following a previous expansion four months ago. For a limited time, the subscription is available at an introductory rate of $3.99 for the first two months.
