The primary feature of this service is the Gemini-powered Google Health Coach, which offers a personalized fitness plan tailored to individual goals.
Users will receive an email notification indicating their transition to the new plan, which will cancel any previous subscriptions or trials. Current Fitbit Air users remain on a three-month trial period, with a separate communication from Google Play to outline this change.
Additionally, the weekly progress report from Google Health has been redesigned, featuring updated branding and maintaining key metrics such as daily step goals and sleep statistics. Future updates will allow users to share health data with Apple Health and transmit medical records to providers or family through Smart Health Links.
