On March 23, 2026, a joint venture was formed between Core AI Holdings, Inc. and Toto Digital & Technology Solutions, LLC to address the increasing global need for data processing capabilities driven by artificial intelligence advancements. This partnership will focus on developing data center campuses designed for high-performance computing and AI workloads, aiming to deliver integrated solutions that bridge energy infrastructure and next-generation data centers.
Toto DTS brings significant operational experience to the venture, having successfully established 253 data centers and over 4.5 gigawatts of IT capacity across twelve countries on four continents. Both companies intend to capitalize on their strengths to create energy-optimized facilities that meet the performance and sustainability needs of AI clients.
