The highlight of the keynote was the introduction of OpenClaw, an AI platform celebrated by its creator, Peter Steinberger. He stated that the era of coding agents has arrived and emphasized the need for developers to adapt by utilizing these tools for faster software creation. Steinberger also announced that Microsoft Execution Containers will enable users to securely operate AI agents like OpenClaw in corporate environments.
Additionally, the event featured the electronic music duo The Chainsmokers, who have ventured into technology investments. Microsoft is also introducing Microsoft Discovery, a new AI platform aimed at aiding scientists and researchers, already being utilized by mining company BHP for resource exploration.
