The platform features two AI agents that assist HR teams and employees. ConverzAI utilizes virtual recruiters to enhance the recruitment process by automating tasks such as parsing applications and conducting interviews. Both companies exemplify the innovative spirit among the finalists.
Last year, Overland AI secured the award in this category for its work on autonomous driving technology. Community nominations were reviewed by a panel of independent judges to select the 2026 finalists. Voting is open until April 16, allowing the public to participate in determining the winner.
