Xbox Cloud Gaming is set to expand its reach, now available on select Amazon Fire TV models, including the Fire TV 4 series and Fire TV Omni QLED. This development allows users to access Xbox Game Pass titles without the need for a streaming stick or additional hardware, as these smart TVs come equipped with Amazon's operating system.
With a subscription starting at approximately $10/month, the service provides access to a wide range of games, enhancing the overall experience significantly over the past few years. Users can also utilize Bluetooth controllers, including those from Sony, to enjoy gameplay.
The Xbox app will be accessible in 29 countries, with Microsoft indicating plans for further expansion, following its recent launches in India and Brazil. This move positions Xbox to compete more aggressively in the game streaming market, joining other services like Nvidia GeForce Now.
