Paramount has rescheduled the release of the sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, now set for August 13, 2027. This marks a shift from its previous date of September 17 of the same year, and it was originally planned for October 9 this year. This is the third confirmed date for the film, which has yet to be seen by audiences.
The upcoming movie will feature the Turtles facing off against the Shredder. In addition to the sequel, Paramount is expected to develop further expansions of the franchise, including licensed restaurants, a children’s web series, and a live-action/animated movie slated for 2028.
For fans eager for more content, the original film and the short film Chrome Alone 2 – Lost in New Jersey are available on Paramount+. The short film, released last year, has received positive feedback from viewers.
