The fifth season of For All Mankind is set to premiere on March 27, following a two-year hiatus. In this season, the plot continues to evolve from the previous storyline, where astronauts on Mars had successfully acquired an asteroid rich in valuable resources.
Envisioned as a depiction of the 2010s, the upcoming episodes will explore the developments in the Martian colony of Happy Valley, which has expanded significantly and now hosts thousands of inhabitants. Tensions arise as Earth’s nations seek to impose order on the Red Planet, creating friction between Martian residents and their home planet.
Returning cast members include Joel Kinnaman and Cynthy Wu, alongside new additions such as Mireille Enos and Ruby Cruz. The season will consist of ten episodes, with new installments released weekly on Fridays, culminating in a finale scheduled for May 29.
