On November 25, fans of the acclaimed game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will be able to purchase a new art book that features extensive visual content related to the game. This volume, produced by UDON and Pix’n Love, is being released in both standard and collector’s editions, with the latter priced at $100. The collector's edition offers additional items, including a golden slipcase and exclusive prints.
The art book boasts over 300 pages filled with concept art, design notes, and insights from the developers at Sandfall. Previously available only in French, this English adaptation aims to provide a deeper appreciation of the game’s artistic elements, which have not received as much focus as its gameplay and narrative.
Pre-orders for both versions will open on March 23 at UDON, IGN, and Pix’n Love stores. This release comes after a humorous incident involving a collector’s edition being held by customs due to the art book's illustrations, which were mistakenly deemed to have monetary value.
