Compared to leading gas-powered models, the T1 is reported to be 80 percent quieter and 60 percent more powerful, boasting an airflow of 880 CFM and an average noise level of just 52 decibels. This innovation stems from Whisper Aero's initial goal to address noise issues in electric aerospace motors, leading to a redesign of the fan and motor for enhanced efficiency.
The T1 also features an extended run time of up to 50 minutes in Eco mode, surpassing many competitors. Additionally, a battery backpack to prolong usage will be available in Q1 2027, with pricing yet to be announced. The company has indicated plans for further models and a collaboration with Stanley Black and Decker to expand its product line.
