In practical tests, players from the University of Southern California demonstrated a notable increase in performance, achieving 58 percent more repetitions in their final set while using the device. Unlike traditional fitness tools, the CryoTherm Palm requires users to rest their palms on either end for one to three minutes during breaks.
The device features three adjustable levels for both cold and heat therapy, as well as a contrast therapy option. Additionally, a built-in stopwatch and a battery life of up to 120 minutes are included to aid users in their training sessions.
