The latest version of Snapseed, 3.15.0, has been made available for download on the App Store, introducing significant enhancements to its camera functionality. This update allows users to access the camera directly via a newly added icon located at the top-right corner of the app, moving beyond its previous access points through widgets and controls.
With the introduction of the PRO mode, users can now manually adjust settings such as ISO, Shutter Speed, and Focus through buttons displayed at the bottom of the viewfinder. The app also features real-time film emulation options, including styles inspired by well-known film brands like Kodak and Fuji.
Additionally, Snapseed has improved its editing capabilities, ensuring that every captured photo retains a full editing stack, allowing users to modify aspects even after saving images. A variety of color themes for the viewfinder can also be customized, providing users with an enhanced photographic experience. The Android version is expected to receive similar updates in the near future.
