The new Pebble Round 2 smartwatch is now available for pre-order at a price of $199, with shipping scheduled for May 2026. This model builds upon the original Pebble Time Round, which was launched in 2015 and was known for its slim design but faced criticism for its battery life and bezel size.
Measuring just 8.1mm in thickness, the Pebble Round 2 features a larger 1.3-inch e-paper display that boasts a resolution of 260×260. Improvements in battery life now allow it to last nearly two weeks, and it includes a touchscreen for enhanced interactivity.
The watch comes in a stainless steel frame available in silver, black, and rose gold, with varying band attachment sizes: 20mm for silver and black, and 14mm for rose gold. It retains water resistance and includes a microphone for voice commands, while still supporting all apps and watch faces from the original Pebble Time Round. However, it lacks certain features found in the standard Time 2, such as a heart rate sensor and speaker.
