Available now for $29, the Nomad Tracking Card Air is designed for users of Google’s Find Hub app. This new wallet tracking device has a slim profile, measuring just 1.7mm thick, which is comparable to the thickness of two credit cards. It features a battery life of seven months, surpassing the Apple version by two months, and supports recharging with any Qi charger.
Nomad, known for its accessories tailored for Apple products, is expanding into the Android market with this latest offering. The Tracking Card Air maintains the same hardware specifications as its Apple counterpart, featuring an ultra-thin design suitable for wallets or cardholders. Weighing only 12 grams, it is lighter than competitors like Chipolo and Pebblebee.
Despite the absence of UWB technology, the card is still competitive in terms of size and functionality. The product's dimensions are approximately 86mm x 54mm, making it easy to slip into various storage options. Currently, Nomad’s Tracking Card Pro, which offers a longer battery life, does not support Android, but the new Air version is positioned to attract buyers looking for a sleek tracking solution.
