The upcoming F1 Grand Prix in Miami is set for May 3, marking the first race of the season in the United States. In anticipation of this event, Apple has introduced an enriched experience on Apple Maps, featuring immersive 3D representations of key sites within the Miami International Autodrome.
This new feature includes detailed visualizations of important locations, such as grandstands, The Marina, and the Finish Line, as well as a comprehensive depiction of the Pit Building. Users can access in-depth information about the racetrack, including its curbs and turns. To enhance the experience for attendees, Apple Maps has rolled out guides like “A Local’s Guide to Miami F1 Race Week,” offering insights on dining and shopping. Additionally, a guide focusing on nearby locations to the circuit is also available.
For those attending the race, navigation tools have been incorporated to assist with finding gates, entrances, and facilities within the venue. Furthermore, subscribers to Apple TV can now stream all F1 races without any additional fees.
