The Luba 3 AWD series from Mammotion has made a notable impression at CES 2026, showcasing advanced features in robot lawn mower technology. This model can navigate slopes of up to 38.6 degrees, demonstrating exceptional hill-climbing capabilities during a live demonstration. Despite a minor incident with a fake hedgehog, the mower quickly adjusted its path, highlighting improvements in navigation accuracy.
In addition to the Luba 3 AWD, Mammotion introduced the Luba Mini 2 and Yuka Mini 2, further expanding their lineup without the need for physical boundary wires. These new models utilize lidar sensors, dual-camera AI vision, and Real-Time Kinematic positioning to enhance mowing precision. CNET's home tech expert, Ajay Kumar, praised the product's navigation advancements during his visit to the Mammotion booth.
The Luba 3 AWD series is available for pre-order at a price of $2,399, with deliveries expected in early March. This year’s showcase at CES 2026 suggests promising developments in the field of autonomous lawn care.
