DJI has launched the new Osmo Mobile 8P, designed specifically for solo creators, featuring a detachable remote control with a screen. This innovation allows users to start recording video from distances exceeding 150 feet without assistance, enhancing the filming experience significantly.
The gimbal, a more advanced iteration of the Osmo Mobile 8, incorporates DJI's latest tracking technology, which centers subjects in the frame, even amid crowds. It maintains a battery life of 10 hours and can also function as a phone charger when necessary.
Included with the new gimbal is the Multifunctional Module 2, which offers additional tracking capabilities for subjects and objects, using the ActiveTrack 8.0 feature via the Mimo app. The device supports both iPhones and Android smartphones through its built-in camera system, ensuring flexibility for various users.
