The debut of the Ferrari Luce marks a significant shift for the iconic automaker as it introduces its first electric vehicle. Featuring a striking design developed in collaboration with Jony Ive and Marc Newson's LoveForm, this four-door model differentiates itself from previous offerings, including the Purosangue SUV, while maintaining a nod to Ferrari's traditional aesthetic.
The Luce incorporates innovative elements such as retractable door handles and a unique taillight design that only activates when the vehicle is in use. Its interior is equipped with advanced technology, including two Samsung-developed OLED screens and a digital gauge cluster, while retaining some physical controls, which reflects a balance between modernity and Ferrari's classic approach.
Under the hood, the Luce boasts a remarkable performance with a total of 1,035 horsepower generated by four electric motors, including two rear motors capable of delivering 831 horsepower. This combination of design and engineering is expected to set a new standard for electric luxury performance vehicles.
