Denon has launched the new DP-500BT turntable, priced at $899, which introduces Bluetooth streaming to its product range. This model features a semi-automatic operation, a balanced S-shaped tonearm, and a belt drive system, catering to both novice and experienced vinyl enthusiasts.
The DP-500BT's design draws inspiration from the company's higher-end DP-3000NE turntable, establishing a refined aesthetic that distinguishes it from Denon's more budget-friendly options. It includes a pre-installed moving magnet (MM) cartridge with a CN-6518 stylus, and users can opt for a built-in preamp or connect to external units.
Bluetooth connectivity supports aptX, aptX HD, and apt Adaptive, enabling wireless streaming to compatible speakers or headphones. Moreover, the turntable is compatible with Denon's HEOS amplifiers and home speakers for multi-room audio capabilities. The DP-500BT is now available from Denon and various retailers.
