Starting January 2 and running until January 5, Apple is hosting its annual New Year Sale in Japan, featuring significant promotions on various products. Eligible purchases of select iPhones will also receive a complimentary limited-edition AirTag, which boasts a special Daruma engraving, symbolizing good luck in Japanese culture.
The promotion includes a total of 65,000 AirTags available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers can earn gift cards worth up to ¥38,000 (approximately $255) with Mac purchases, while iPhone buyers can receive up to ¥12,000 (around $80). iPad purchases qualify for gift cards worth up to ¥15,000 (about $100), and Apple Watch and AirPods purchases can earn up to ¥8,000 (around $54).
