The Lollipop Star, a novel candy that plays music through bone conduction, will retail for $9 each. This unique product, designed by the company Lava, offers a selection of three flavors corresponding to different artists: Ice Spice with peach, Akon with blueberry, and Armani White with lime.
At the recent CES event, the lollipop was demonstrated, revealing its ability to transmit sound vibrations directly to the inner ear. To enhance the listening experience, users are provided with ear plugs to better hear the music, especially in noisy environments.
During a taste test, the Ice Spice flavor was described as delightful, and the music, while muted, provided an unusual auditory experience when biting into the treat. Lava has indicated that the tracks are specifically created for the Lollipop Star.
Following its CES unveiling, the Lollipop Star will be available for purchase online and in select retail locations.
