Apple TV is experiencing significant momentum following the success of its film, F1: The Movie, which has garnered 15 awards including accolades at the Grammys. During a recent press event, Apple executives hinted at the possibility of a sequel, although no official confirmation was made.
Apple's Senior Vice President of Services, Eddy Cue, and Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali addressed a question regarding a follow-up film. He emphasized the need for any sequel to meet high standards, stating, “it has to be really, very, very good.”
Additionally, Cue highlighted Apple’s exclusive rights to stream F1 races in the U.S., announcing that the platform will feature 24 movies related to the racing series over the coming year.
