Apple Fitness+ is set to enhance its offerings with the introduction of new multiweek programs starting January 5, aimed at helping users develop sustainable exercise habits. The new programs include "Make Your Fitness Comeback," "Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks," and "Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT Strength Basics in 3 Weeks," with an additional program launching on January 12.
In addition to these programs, the service will feature new workouts featuring music from KAROL G, alongside an upcoming Bad Bunny Artist Spotlight series in February, coinciding with the Super Bowl. The award-winning "Time to Walk" series will also return with new episodes featuring guests such as actor Penn Badgley, Spice Girls member Mel B, and actor Michelle Monaghan.
Fitness+ can be accessed on various Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with personalized metrics available for users with an Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3. The subscription costs $9.99 per month or can be included with the Apple One bundle.
