Anker has introduced the Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro and Liberty 5 Pro Max earbuds, featuring advanced technology including the new Thus AI chip, during its Anker Day event. The Pro Max variant includes a unique touchscreen smart case equipped with an AI note taker, while both models utilize this chip to enhance voice performance, referred to as Whisper Clear.
Equipped with eight microphones and two bone conduction sensors, the earbuds aim to deliver optimal clarity during calls, even in noisy environments. Anker's technology allows for the speaker's voice to be isolated from background sounds, enhancing communication quality. Furthermore, the earbuds support voice commands with a quick response time under one second, offering 20 different control options.
Both models feature Adaptive ANC 4.0, which processes audio data at an impressive rate of up to 384,000 times per second. This system continuously adjusts to external noise, with performance claimed to be twice as effective as the previous Liberty 4 Pro. Additionally, the earbuds can personalize sound using HearID 5.0, tailoring audio output based on individual hearing tests.
Battery life is rated at up to 6.5 hours per charge with ANC activated, extending to a total of 28 hours with the charging cases. Both models also support multipoint Bluetooth connectivity for seamless device switching.
