AMD has unveiled new products at Computex 2026 as a strategy to address increasing prices for PC components. The company is reviving its Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition, which features the original Zen 3 architecture, while adding a Carbice Ice Pad for improved thermal performance. This processor will retail for $349 and will be compatible with existing AMD 400 and 500 Series motherboards, launching on June 25.
Additionally, AMD is introducing the Ryzen 7 7700X3D, aimed at providing a more affordable entry point into the AM5 platform. This model, priced at $329, will feature eight cores and a boost clock of 4.5GHz, and is set to be available on July 16.
On the graphics front, the Radeon RX 9070 GRE is being positioned as a mid-range option for gamers, priced at $549 and available starting June 1. It offers enhanced performance for 1440p gaming, with ray-tracing capabilities, while serving as a more budget-friendly alternative between the RX 9060 XT and RX 9070 models.
