The acquisition by Securonix in June 2025 has led to the development of a modular, AI-driven Unified SIEM platform, enhancing both companies’ threat detection and response capabilities. Following this integration, key positions were filled by ThreatQuotient executives, including Leon Ward as Chief Transformational Officer. As they approach 2026, ThreatQuotient will continue to operate under its brand while contributing to the Securonix platform and providing standalone solutions.
