This incident was pivotal, highlighting the importance of cybersecurity, even though she lacked the terminology to fully express its severity at the time. Today, she reflects on that moment as her initial entry into the field of cybersecurity.
At CyberCX, Moyo’s role involves legally testing security systems, a process she describes as being a 'legal thief.' She emphasizes the distinction between ethical hacking and illegal hacking, clarifying that her work is conducted with authorization and aims to improve security measures.
